Paragon Power Washing

A July 2026 customer said Paragon's pressure washing made their house look almost new again. The Sturbridge business says it cleans residential and commercial exteriors, including pressure washing and related surface cleaning. Its BBB profile lists Paragon Power Washing and Painting as a sole proprietorship with 13 years in business. Google lists a 5-star rating from 71 ratings. Older customers describe house siding, patios, decks, and walkways. In September 2025, one reviewer said Roger pressure washed their house and patio. Another that month described Vinny arriving on time, working quickly and carefully, and leaving the property clean. An August 2025 customer said Chris communicated throughout a house-cleaning job, offered one of their lowest quotes, and scheduled the work quickly. In a November 2023 review, a customer described Dave washing a white colonial in Uxbridge that had gone six years without a wash and had developed green algae and moss. They said the house looked new afterward. Water supply mattered to one customer. In a May 2025 review, a homeowner with a shallow well said Vinny used his own water while washing the house, which they appreciated. The same customer said he also cleaned parts of the porch so the house would match in cleanliness. A May 2024 customer praised Chris's cleaning of a deck and front walkway, along with his communication and punctuality. A June 2025 reviewer described a problem with polymeric sand grout. They said Chris had suggested wet polymeric sand the previous fall, but it failed by spring. According to the customer, he returned quickly, stood behind the work, and worked with them using dry polymeric sand; they praised the result. A September 2022 reviewer was more tentative: they said it was too early to know whether the work would do the trick, while praising the worker. Ownership descriptions differ. Telegram identifies David Cantwell as Paragon's owner, while an August 2024 Google reviewer called Chris Kennedy the owner. That 2024 reviewer described Chris assessing red pavers, offering two solutions, and providing phone guidance while the customer applied a product themselves.
