Pariseau Heating & Cooling says on its website that it has been in business for 50 years. A 2025 customer whose AC had died said a serviceman put in a new capacitor and had it running fine quickly. A 2024 customer with a dead furnace said the company came that day for an estimate and came the next day for a full furnace and a/c replacement. A 2024 reviewer said John showed up on time for a light maintenance, cleaned some drains and serviced an on-demand water heater. A 2021 customer said Peter Torres had done their bi-annual maintenance several times. A 2022 customer said messages left with the company's answering service were never returned and that they were billed money they did not owe.

“"We've done quite a few heating systems in the homes and when this Blitz Build came up we committed to it," he said.”
My AC died when it was 90 degrees. I had it looked at by a service tech from another service company. Told my unit was toast. I went to visit Pariseau for a quote on a new system. The boss sent a tech down to make sure it needed replacing. Super duper serviceman checked it out, put in a new capacitor and had it running fine quickly. Pariseau is 5 Star all the way!!
I included a photo to show I am a verified customer. The team at Pariseau was top notch. I'm not sure where some of these negative reviews came from (competitors I'm guessing), but I would 1000% recommend this company. With a dead furnace in freezing temps, I called 7 companies. The first came, charged me $600 to tell me what they thought it might be, and left without fixing anything, never to be heard from again. Only 2 of the remaining 6 agreed to come give me an estimate, the other 4 told me "if you aren't a current customer we can't help you until spring"....and they didn't say that in a nice way. Pariseau squeezed me in that day for an estimate, gave a very fair price, and came the next day for a full furnace and a/c replacement. They worked a 10 hour day on day 1 to make sure my heat was good to go. This company went above and beyond. I was referred to them by a very trustworthy local plumber and I am blessed to have been sent in their direction. These folks genuinely cared about their work. Any service call can be a terrible experience because it's usually an unexpected expense that nobody wants to hear. I would highly recommend this group when you have an emergency. Fair, honest......give kindness, get kindness.
I called Randy Paris for a service call thinking my thermostat was faulty, Randy was willing to drive one out to my house (20 miles away) for the second time,(under warranty) I told him maybe a service maintenance was what I needed, Randy agreed, saying he would have someone out in the morning (His competitor put me off for 8 days…even knowing my family was cold)….8:30am….John Shows up on time…Friendly, Knowledgeable, and quick, I needed was a light maintenance, clean some drains, serviced my on-demand water heater. Within seconds my thermostat was functioning fine. Sorry to read other people’s reviews….Simply Ask for Randy tell him you read Wayne’s review and request John…..GREAT GUY!!! Definitely use Pariseau heating & Cooling in the future…..
Pariseau has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They use an "answering service" that takes messages and then no on ever calls you back. They bill you money you do not owe. And they leave you hanging when you have no heat in the dead of winter. If 0 stars was an option I'd give 0 stars!
Peter Torres was our Service man for our Fall Contract Maintenance. Peter has done our Bi Annual Maintenance several times now. Peter is extremely professional, polite, mannerly & competent. He cleaned items that had not been done for a long time. He is am employee of whom your Company should be proud!
