Matt Krell Plumbing

Matt Krell Plumbing is a Pittsfield plumbing and heating business with a short, mixed Google history. The most recent review, posted January 15, 2026, says “No answer!!! No call back!!!!!!!,” while an older review called the people “Super nice.” The written reviews are more concerning than reassuring: a September 2024 customer said the business would not accept new people even for emergency service, and an August 2023 reviewer said a small job was not handled helpfully. A Massachusetts plumber license held by Matt Krell Plumbing Inc. is listed as expired in the state registry, so verify the current licensing position before arranging work. The BBB profile lists plumbing and heating contractors and identifies Edwin Krell Jr. as owner, but the business is not BBB accredited and has no BBB rating. If you need service in the Pittsfield area, confirm that they are currently accepting new jobs, can handle the specific work, and have current licensing before booking.
