Waking up in mid-December to a busted hot water heater is no fun. Luckily, Kevin from Parkway Mechanical was on the job! Not only was he able to come by and have a look at the damage the same day, he moved his busy schedule around to replace it the following day! He talked us through the upgrade from a tank hw heater to a high-efficiency, tankless unit. We couldn't be happier with the results. Kevin worked quickly to get us back up and running by the afternoon; we will gladly work with him again for any future plumbing needs.

Parkway Mechanical does great work! I was lucky enough to work in a commercial building they serviced, and the work was always done promptly, thoroughly, and cleanly. When I needed work at my house on the heating system, I called them right away and Kevin was kind, considerate as always, and accommodating to fit us in his schedule at the last minute. He had everything he needed and quickly got our heat running which is important because we have small pets. He was very informative and transparent, and took the time to explain the work in terms anyone can understand, which a lot of people don’t take the time to do. This is a very reliable, prompt, professional and trustworthy local company which will give you great work and great value for any property you own now and years to come. I can’t recommend them enough and am very grateful for their service!
