- Expert praise — a 2024 review from a licensed construction supervisor cites smart, cost-saving advice
There's very little written history for Auburndale Plumbing & Heating — just two reviews on file. One, from 2024, came from a reviewer who described themselves as a licensed construction supervisor and real estate appraiser, and said Frank's advice during a complete kitchen remodel was smart and saved them time and money. The other, from 2023, was a brief 'best ever' with no further detail. With so little to go on, it's worth asking for references and getting specifics on recent work before hiring.

I highly recommend Frank. I just did a complete kitchen remodel at my house and his suggestions were incredibly intelligent and helpful saving me time and money. Not only am I a licensed construction supervisor and licensed real estate appraiser but I’m also an expert witness when people sue lousy plumbers and other contractors So when I say his work is professional, accurate and reasonably priced you can trust me to know what I’m talking about.
