Parody Builders is a Greenfield builder whose own website lists custom home builds, bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks and porches, siding, windows and roof jobs, and spec houses. The company says it has been in business 27 years, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held by Matt Parody, is active on the state registry. A 2025 customer said Parody built their home in 2021/2022, that Matt recommended a designer they worked with, and that materials were hard to get during Covid but they were very happy with how everything came out. Another recorder.com article reports Parody Builders purchased the 131.5-acre lot at 36 Log Plain Road for $1,087,500, and a franklincountynow.com item describes a project of 60 new market-rate single-family homes on 131.5 acres purchased by Parody Builders. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade and shows the company as accredited.
