Viveiros Contracting LLC

Steven and his team did great work on my new roof and gutters. They paid attention to detail and made sure my yard was clean and free of any construction debris upon completion. I would definitely recommend him and will keep him in mind for future projects.

We hired Steven at Vivieros Contracting for our home renovation in Central Mass and we could not be happier. If you are looking for a reliable contractor in Central Massachusetts who shows up, does quality work and treats your home with respect, Steven is your guy. The craftsmanship was excellent and the whole experience was stress free. Best home renovation contractor in Central Mass without a doubt. Highly recommend Vivieros Contracting for any remodeling project in the area!

I reached out to Steve in a bit of desperation after getting less than ideal timelines from other local contractors to even look at the job. And I’m so glad I did!!! Responsive, thorough, accountable, friendly, flexible and competitive are the words I would use to describe Steve and his crew. The projects came in on time, on budget and to expectation. Looking forward to working with Viveiros construction on my upcoming projects.

We had VCLLC handle our custom build and they exceeded expectations. They aren't afraid of elbow grease, some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They deftly dealt with less-than-optimal conditions and helped us through the process every step of the way. I have every confidence they would do the same for any other job.

Viveiros Contracting did an outstanding job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they took the time to explain options and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. The quality of the workmanship really stands out. The kitchen looks modern and functional, and the bathroom transformation completely exceeded our expectations. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the workspace as clean as possible each day. The project stayed on schedule and the pricing was fair for the level of craftsmanship delivered. It is not easy to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and attention to detail, but Viveiros Contracting absolutely does. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.
