The window replacement and insulation were excellent. Adding a deck was qute good, although they left undone a quite small part of the latticework and still have done nothing after being told about it.

Do not give these people your business! They screwed up the design on my 4 season sunroom. 3 week project is going on 14 weeks with no end in sight. 2 windows and slider came defective from factory, and deck extension posts not square, deck boards not flush with frame board, facia board does not line up with existing. They can give you every excuse in the book, do not buy it. I have 5 pages of documented issues with this company. Contact me and I will share with you. If 'zero' stars was an option, that is what I would post.

The customer service was above and beyond, from the Sales & Scheduling (Darren and Robin) to the install team (Bob, Mike, Brandon). They returned all of my calls and emails promptly, and it was a fill cirlce care. We are DIY family, but chose to outsource this project due to their proprietary product, ease of ordering and service, and lifetime product guaruntee! It was not the most inexpensive option, but we felt the most confident in their work and product, and at the end the great customer care is what put this experience over the top. And the end result was exactly what we had expected and hoped for.

They did not match original style

So far I have had nothing but a very pleasant and professional experience with this company so not sure what these other reviews are talking about. I contacted this company to come out and do an estimate on a deck I was not using turning it into a 3 season porch. The sales rep was pleasant, walked my wife and I through all the particulars and drew up a schematic and listened how we wanted the design from top to bottom. Within 3 weeks, the materials were ordered and the porch is now almost completed and looks great. Prices were moderate and the workmanship and quality was excellent. Every individual from the office to the contractors to the designers I have come into contact with has been pleasant and helpful and I could not ask for a better project to be completed.
