A builder holding those two credentials separately is an ordinary arrangement. The trouble is that the same page then says he holds both and that both were active when last checked, so it disagrees with itself — and none of it was confirmed against the state register here. For a structural remodel or an addition on the North Shore, the permit history is real and varied. Check both licence numbers with the state yourself, and ask him for a few homeowners from the past year who will take your call.
