I decided to take a chance on Patriot Heating & Cooling, and I'm extremely glad I did. When service day arrived, Matt showed up exactly as scheduled and exceeded every expectation. Matt was personable, respectful of my home, and incredibly knowledgeable about my specific oil burner and boiler setup. He performed a complete cleaning, including replacing the nozzle and filter, cleaning and vacuuming the boiler, and thoroughly testing the system. Most importantly, he clearly understood how to optimize the equipment rather than simply going through the motions. What impressed me most was Matt's expertise. He found that the system had gone two years without a tune-up, carefully evaluated its condition, and achieved an impressive 88% efficiency while recognizing that no further adjustments were needed because the system was already running optimally. That level of knowledge and professionalism is what sets great technicians apart. Patriot Heating & Cooling isn't getting five stars because they showed up on time. They're getting five stars because they clearly know their craft, understand heating systems, and take pride in doing the job right. From Marissa's outstanding customer service to Matt's technical expertise, this was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I highly recommend Patriot Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional heating service. We had a pump fail on our Unico air handler. I called Patriot and Chris came out. I was prepared for the worst, as I was a customer of Heritage and they gave me the gloom and doom lecture of having an older system last year. Chris put us at ease ensuring us Unico is a solid brand that they can service, no problem. Having heard this we were elated, and had him take a quick peak at the furnace, having had the same gloom and doom lecture from Heritage on this aging system as well. Again, Chris told us the brand was a solid brand (that he infact has in his home) and they can service that as well, no problem. We signed up with their Combo Care Plann and dumped Heritage. We're looking forward to a long, trusted relationship with the Patriot family. Thank you Sue, Chris, and Miranda!

We had a good experience with Patriot Plumbing. They services our gas furnace and the work was done professionally and at a reasonable price

Highly recommend this company. Brennan Darley, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We are now having to set our thermostat to 73 or 74 to keep from freezing. LOL!

Colin was outstanding in helping me with a hot water issue, explained what was going on and walked me through my options. Everything was fixed up in less than an hour. Couldn’t be happier with Colin and the whole team at Patriot.
