Those are the directories' own claims rather than anything confirmed against the state registry — and BuildZoom's licence block is internally muddled, printing one number twice under two different types and labelling it active and unverified-expired at once. That leaves a contractor with a documented permit history and a licence number that agrees across two directories, and no homeowner testimony behind it. If custom finish carpentry is what the job needs, ask for the addresses of those eight posted projects and talk to the owners yourself, and look up both licence numbers on the state registry before anything gets signed.
