Can’t really speak to the ‘products’ at Payless Floors, but I can speak to the wonderful ‘character’ of the people that work there. Recently I was broken down in the large parking lot across the street from their store with my horse trailer and horse. We were there for many hours waiting for road service, and Mark, who works at Payless, came over multiple times to check on us, bringing water for my horse and bottled water for me…. All the while his manager covered at the store while Mark was checking on us! There were a handful of other strangers that stopped to check on us as well, which was wonderful, but Mark and his manager really went above and beyond to help. Just felt I should give Payless Floors and their employees a “Shout-Out”, not only to thank them for helping us, but for restoring my belief that kind and caring people still exist in theses crazy times !!

When we had our LVP flooring put in our kitchen, I believe it was by Chris, but not positive. When I got home that day I was very disappointed in the bits and pieces of framing put together, but I let it go. Less then 2 years later our planks were separating. We have no pets or children in the house. I called and left messages twice, no response. We tried fixing them ourselves, to no avail. I would never hire them again. I guess the name says it all.

Excellent service! Our experience was positive from the moment we picked out hardwood and tile throughout the installation. Everyone involved with our project was highly skilled and took excellent care of us! The job was quick, unexpected developments were handled and we now have beautiful floors! If you need flooring, this is where to go!

Payless is absolutely amazing. The flooring options they have are great quality. They're redoing the flooring in my parents entire house and we couldn't be happier with the service.
