We used PB tiles for two different projects in our home. The first was June of 2024 and they did a fantastic job. The crew was professional and clean. Fast forward to this year, we used them again for a bathroom tile job and the experience was less than professional. His guy left the entire place a MESS. The hardwood floors were left covered in dust from the tile and grout, we have dents in the hardwood which is brand new flooring, and the bathroom has silicone on the walls and a cracked piece of sheet rock. They also damaged the railing going upstairs to the bathroom but denied it was their crew. None of these issues were addressed at time of pavement. They also left behind two bags of trash that were extremely heavy and extra supplies that were of no use to us. I am not satisfied with the work we received for this second job.

Paulo is the best! I have worked with Paulo and his team on many jobs, and they are meticulous, hardworking, easy to work with, reasonably priced and true craftsman. Paulo has excellent attention to detail and a great ability to pivot and problem solve - and is collaborative in doing so! Always fair priced. Lovely person and my favorite subcontractor.

i only wish i could give paulo and his team 10 stars!! first, they're a pleasure to have around. they're very meticulous and care a lot about their work. i'm so happy w the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have their tile replaced or has new construction. their price was very reasonable for the scope of my project which involved replacing all the tile in my bathroom as well as wiring the floor for heat. thank you, paulo!!!
