“We use Peabody Air Duct Cleaning for our dryer vent.”
I highly recommend Peabody Air Duct & Cleaning company. Paul is polite, friendly, professional, and you can tell he cares about his work. He and Jaymes arrived on time on the day of the job and treated our home with care - they wore shoe covers and was being careful with furniture and our home throughout even though they are dealing with some heavy machinery. They also cleaned up after the job, which I appreciate very much. Thank you, Paul and Jaymes! :)
The guy from came to clean the dryer duct. He took money and said he did the job only for me later realize that I have a ventless dryer that doesn't even have the duct. There was an abandoned duct in the wall, I am not sure if that's what he cleaned. But he finished the "job" very quickly and said nothing about my dryer. Either the guy doesn't know what he is doing or he is a scam.
Outstanding service as always!
This company doesn’t seem to be very detail oriented or focused on customer service. We scheduled a dryer duct cleaning weeks in advance. A couple weeks prior we realized it needed to be rescheduled. My husband called everyday for almost a week and no one answered the phone, replied to an email, or called him back. Finally, I called and rescheduled it and for some reason they answered my call immediately. On the day of, we had a question (we thought they arrived outside of the window based on the ring cam, and wanted to confirm they were or were not coming) and I called again, no answer. On the day of, they arrived within the window of time, but my husband requested they contact me upon arrival and no one called. So when I got home they were just sitting in the driveway, and said they had only been waiting 5m. If they had called the correct number I could’ve just let them know where the key was and they could’ve spared the time. But anyway, they got to work immediately, asked where the dryer was, and I never heard from them again until they said they were done in like 10 minutes. Everything I read online said a thorough job should take anywhere from 30-60m depending on the job size, with the techs giving explanations of what was done. Whoever asked to be paid never said anything other than requesting payment, I needed to ask questions about what was done, how it would affect the performance, etc. I am not convinced they did a thorough job, and there was no way to know if they did or not. No before/after, no real explanation. They just said they stuck a vacuum style hose through the vent. I’m not even sure how that’s possible, the dryer wasn’t moved at all. Again, these are things that could have been explained. $250 for someone to run a vacuum through a vent seems crazy to me.
I can’t recommend Peabody Air Duct & Cleaning company enough! From the moment they arrived, they were polite, professional, and treated my home with such care — wearing shoe covers, keeping everything clean, and being incredibly respectful throughout. They were also extremely thorough. I truly can’t believe what we had been inhaling all these years! The difference is night and day, and the air already feels fresher. This was hands-down a 5-star experience — top-notch service, great communication, and outstanding results. I’ll definitely be using them again and telling everyone I know! Thank you Paul, and Jayme!!🙏🏼
