Pelletier Insulation lists insulation contracting as its service on its Better Business Bureau profile, where it holds an A+ grade. A 2016 Google reviewer wrote that Pelletier Insulation came to work on their house in Lenox through the government-sponsored MassSave Program. That 2016 reviewer described "a group of nice, hard-working, and honest people running a family-owned business." The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 150319, held by Donald Pelletier, is expired on the state registry.
Through government-sponsored MassSave Program, Pelletier Insulation came to work on our house (Lenox, MA) in the winter of 2014-2015. I cannot praise them more for what they did for us. A group of nice, hard-working, and honest people running a family-owned business (Holyoke, MA). Don't hesitate to use them or call them up. I will also write a positive review in Angie's list for them. (Copied from my YP review)
