PNE Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, MA

I began noticing uneven temperatures throughout the home along with increasing energy costs, so I decided it was time to schedule a professional inspection. Lucas was the technician who arrived, and he was punctual, respectful, and very thorough throughout the visit. He carefully evaluated the attic and roof, explained the condition in a clear and simple way, and completed the attic insulation work with excellent attention to detail. He also reviewed the roofing system, focusing on energy efficiency, heat retention, and overall home comfort improvements. The job was completed smoothly, everything was left clean, and the home now feels much more stable and comfortable. I’m very satisfied with the results.

Our home feels more comfortable already, and PNE Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Of Massachusetts installed attic insulation for us, and the results were fantastic. The team sealed leaks, added high-quality insulation, and explained how it would improve energy efficiency. We immediately noticed better temperature control and reduced heating costs. The crew was professional, worked quickly, and left no mess behind. They were respectful of our home and explained everything in detail. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the long-term savings. I highly recommend [Company Name] for attic insulation.

I attempted to use this business for a simple job. What an experience! First, after initial contact, which took a day after leaving a message, I explained what I needed. I also explained that I am disabled. I explained the best times and days that work and that I need a couple days notice. Then I heard nothing. Crickets... For days... Until this morning. I got up around 945am, which I understand is late for some. There was a message from 830am saying someone would be by 10-1030 that day. I immediately called the company, left a message stating this was not doable and unacceptable. That I needed more notice. A short time later, about 1015, a "field tech" called me to say he wanted a pic of the thermostat we needed work on. When I tried to explain to him that today would not work, he talked louder over me. Then when I stated that I needed more heads up, he just got nasty. It ended with him yelling at me that he was on vacation last week. He said something to the effect of, "Well you are all set then aren't you." Then he hung up on me before I could even respond. I did call the company back and told them they lost a customer today.
