Peluso Painting LLC

Two Methuen whole-house remodels, permitted at $64,560 and $81,300, are the largest jobs on Peluso Painting LLC's BuildZoom page. The Wakefield company, at 34 Garden Lane, pulled eight permits between 2015 and 2019 across Peabody, Haverhill, Methuen and Waltham — remodeling work rather than paint-only jobs. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, #CS-102590, and a home improvement contractor registration, #152657, for the company, plus city licences in Newton. A whole-house remodel is the kind of job this permit history actually covers. Look both numbers up yourself on the state's construction supervisor and home improvement contractor registers before you sign anything, ask who would run the job day to day, and put scope, schedule and price in writing.
