Those are that directory's records rather than ones confirmed against the state registry, so ask to see current certificates and check the numbers against the state yourself. This is a business with a documented run of permitted jobs and no reviewable reputation attached to it. If you're calling them, ask what they've painted since 2019 and settle the licensing question in writing before any deposit changes hands.
