Perfect Price Plumbing is a Greater Boston residential plumbing company founded by Richard Spagnuolo, whose family has a long history in the trade. Its website describes leak repairs, fixture installations, emergency service, water-heater replacements, gas-boiler work, filtration, and maintenance across Boston and nearby communities. The recent customer history is unusually consistent: 48 Google reviews are represented, with repeated reports of fast responses, on-time arrival, clear explanations, clean workmanship, and prices that matched the quote or came in below competitors. Customers describe kitchen and basement leak repairs, garbage-disposal and pipe work, water-heater and toilet installations, boiler help, and plumbing work for older homes and Airbnb properties. Several reviewers specifically mention handling issues quickly and communicating throughout the job. Pricing is a recurring theme. Customers writing in 2024 and 2025 described fair or transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and estimates that matched the final price; one 2025 customer said the company booked the next day. The company’s own site says it uses upfront flat-rate pricing and provides free estimates for most services. Before booking, confirm the written scope, the flat-rate quote, and whether any complex-job inspection changes the price. The website says its plumbers are licensed and insured, but that claim is self-reported; request current documentation, especially for gas boilers, water heaters, or emergency work. Perfect Price looks suited to homeowners needing responsive residential repairs and installations throughout Greater Boston. Ask about arrival windows, warranty coverage, and the exact service area for your address.
Needed some plumbing work done and found these guys online. They got back to me fast and booked me in the next day. The guy was easy to deal with and did a clean job. No issues after, and the price was what they said it would be. Would call again if something comes up.
Everything went fine. Had a small plumbing issue and they handled it without any problems. Showed up on time, explained things clearly, and got it fixed pretty quick. Price seemed fair. No complaints, would use them again if needed.
Had an excellent experience with Perfect Price Plumbing! The team was fast, professional, and very easy to deal with. They gave me a clear quote, showed up on time, and completed the work without any issues. Super efficient and honest service—would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.
I had a great experience with Perfect Price Plumbing. I needed a plumber for a leak in my kitchen, and they were quick to respond. The plumber showed up on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, and they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. What stood out to me was their fair pricing—no surprises or hidden fees, just honest work at a reasonable rate. It’s hard to find a reliable and trustworthy plumbing service, but I’d definitely call them again if I ever need help. Highly recommend!
