A June 2026 reviewer had their questions answered, a quote in hand quickly and the work scheduled soon after, and wrote that the crew took care to protect the area below the exterior wall they were working on. In May 2026 a homeowner ran the whole job together in one line — exterior wall repair, window replacement, a door, new Hardie plank siding and trim, a roof — and said it came in on time. Another May 2026 customer had Kent and his son side a cottage and clean everything up afterward. Roofs are the older half of the story. In a September 2025 review, a Falmouth homeowner's chosen shingle color, frost white, turned out to be unavailable, so Kent moved them up to a higher-grade shingle to keep the color for what the customer called a modest increase in price. Another September 2025 review describes a roof vent installed and rotted trim swapped for azek at no additional cost. Reaching further back, a 2015 customer wrote that Kent returned a phone message within ten minutes, sent a quote two days later and finished the roof in two days; a 2016 reviewer had the crew work around a solar installer's schedule to get a roof done within two weeks of the first meeting. A good share of the writing about them is old, running 2012 through 2020, with newer accounts picking up from 2022. One account breaks the run. In October 2023 a customer left one star, writing that the company did a horrible job on their roof and was very disrespectful. Raise it directly and ask how callbacks on finished work get handled. For a Cape roof, a re-side or a house full of replacement windows where you want the owner on the job, this is a father-and-son shop that has been doing exactly these jobs on the Cape for years. Get the shingle or siding grade named in the written quote, and settle the callback question before the first day.
