Roofing is where the detail piles up. A homeowner writing in September 2025 said that when the frost-white shingle they had picked became unavailable, the shingles were upgraded to a higher grade to keep the color, at a modest increase in price. Before booking, ask about the 2023 roof complaint and how it was handled, and pin down the start date in writing: one 2015 customer, otherwise satisfied with an asphalt shingle replacement, asked only for a week's advance confirmation of when the crew would arrive.
