Cape Cod Home Improvement

Cape Cod Home Improvement has been roofing, siding and gutter work out of West Yarmouth since 2008, and its record now runs to 282 reviews across a decade of Cape Cod jobs — roofs, siding, skylights, gutters and storm repairs from Provincetown to Bourne. The consistency is striking: 391 Google ratings average 5 stars, and the 48 reviews posted in the past six months carry no complaints at all. Owner Tony Sivitski comes up by name in nearly every account, credited for showing up to quote a job within 24 hours, explaining material options without pushing an upsell, and staying personally reachable by phone while his crews work. Reviewers describe full roof replacements finished in a single day with cleanup so thorough that neighbors never knew a crew had been there, and multi-day siding jobs — including cedar shake and cedar shingle re-siding on century-old houses — handled with the same attention. A specific pattern shows up repeatedly: solving problems other contractors couldn't. One reviewer described a leak that had been misdiagnosed and re-patched by other companies for over a year before Cape Cod Home Improvement found the actual cause. Another, in a 2022 review, described the company stepping in after a different exterior contractor took a deposit, tore off the roof, siding and gutters, and then abandoned the job entirely. A third described the company fixing a leaky roof in a single day after months of being ghosted by other contractors. Repeat business is common — one reviewer describes hiring the company three separate times since 2013, always with the same crews showing up on schedule and cleaning up daily. The company also handles larger commercial-scale work, including a full reroof and gutter replacement across a 16-unit condominium complex. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry, its BBB profile is graded A+, and it's listed as one of CertainTeed's Premier Credentialed Contractors for shingle installation. For a roof, a siding job, or a problem another contractor couldn't solve, Cape Cod Home Improvement has an unusually deep and consistently clean record behind it across every corner of the Cape.
