Another 2022 review said Tim was knowledgeable, professional, and patient answering questions over the phone, with fees that were reasonable compared to other companies checked. That reviewer had what they called a 'false alarm,' something they said they hadn't known was possible until Tim explained it, and did not end up hiring him for the job. The company holds an A+ rating and is accredited with the Better Business Bureau, which describes it as providing termite elimination and control of pests including carpenter ants, fleas, wasps, and mice across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. On Google, it currently holds a 4.7-star rating from 33 ratings; in a 2025 review, one customer called it always on time and said its technicians get the pests out and keep them out. Pest Specialist LLC says it has been in business for 30 years and offers free estimates. One 2021 review, written in Spanish, said the company never responds.
