I noticed this truck a few weeks ago. Then I happened to meet Luke and his family in a parking lot when I saw his truck again and decided to go and talk to him and figure out why there was a Buckeye (fellow Buckeye here) truck in Maine. I had a lovely interaction and found out that while there are family ties to Ohio they are locals and I got their card. I’ve been having issues with my water heater for a few months now and my family had been without water for three weeks because I couldn’t find no one willing to work on my system, since it is not a popular brand. I thought I may have to buy an entirely new system just to be able to get hot water even though I was pretty sure it was a simple maintenance need. But I remembered my interaction with Luke and decided to give him a call. And after calling over 30 contractors, some of whom never called me back, Luke called me back very quickly and came right over when he had an opening. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely generous. It was the kind of interaction. I think most people dream of having with a contractor. I cannot express how grateful I am to Buckeye Plumbing & Heating! Do yourself a favor and call this local and amazing contractor first when you need help!
