Our family has made this place home! It was a natural fit from the start. The level professionalism by Petrini Corporation and the kindness that is shown consistently. There has been zero delays by the maintenance team to address anything and everything that is essential to our stay here. The community is located in the heart of Needham! You are literally a stone throw away from all the town’s amenities. The campus looks tidy with regular grounds keeping. It has a rustic charm about the red bricks exterior. While the interior boasts high efficiency and operational functionality that fits a family of four like ours. We love our place very much and would support anyone making a decision to move to Needham and make it your home.

I have been a resident in Rosemary lake appartment complex for couple years. Have been very happy with management and maintenance team especially Karen and John. Karen is very friendly and kind. She is always on top of things. She is not only get you moving there and listening to your needs once you move in. I often meet people living there for many years. John is friendly and get things fixed quickly. When there is an issue, just call them and problem will be fixed soon. They keep up landscape and snow removal.I rented other places before. Karen and the team well deserve 5 stars.

My name is Therese and I’m from Ashland and I was lost trying to find someone in one of your buildings that was selling a car and I ironically had a dead phone I heard laughter coming from an office and when I entered to ask if I could charge my phone they were closing up but they were sooo kind and accommodated me with their help in my lack of knowledge about cars they helped me . I learned that they were long time employees of property management and what impressed me the most is they told me they were very happy and raved about your company . I previously owned and operated a property management company so when they raved about it was a great company to work for today you don’t hear that much so I hope this gets to the owner to see . They were trustworthy and kind in a very miserable night for me . Good help is hard to find these days so hold on to them and I hope you have them a great Christmas bonus as a show of appreciation I know I’ll be sending them a basket because they really calmed me in a bad experience I was having . And they told me that the person who I originally called was excellent and would have given out the address where to send it but I wanted to thank them again personally . They had great energy and if you are ever looking for help please feel free to contact me because this company gets 5 stars from me due to how they displayed themselves with a single woman walking into an office full of men . Kind trusting and went out of their way to Merry Christmas and Happy New Year .

I LOVE living here! What a wonderful community, Prompt and very friendly service from onsite maintenance and rental office, consistently well maintained complex, peacefully quiet etc. I could go on and on but probably will run out space here. Highly recommended
