Love this company! They have saved me too many times to count with issues I've had with plumbing, heating and cooling my home. So grateful for the great work they do and wonderful customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and have excellent work ethics. Highly recommend PHD!

Probably one of the best plumbers we ever employed. James provided a beautiful walk in shower and bathroom remodeling at a terrific price.

Outrageous pricing. Faucet and P trap installation was $838 including $88 for PVC and pipe cement. That means $750 for labor for 1.5 hours work= $500 / Hr. Next morning old shutoff was leaking at the stem. Upon my inspection, I see lots of green corrosion and crustiness. I would have expected an expert being paid $500/ hour to at least suggest that shutoff be replaced. Edit: Now that I have replaced both shut-off valves, I’m convinced they were hoping for another chunk of my money by intentionally ignoring a very bad shutoff hoping I would have them back to replace it. I would never let them past my threshold.

First off, the company name is brilliant—and it’s exactly what saved me when my boiler broke down! In a moment of panic, I remembered the name from work they had recently done for my neighbor. Before even sending a technician, Tina helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. To me, that speaks volumes about their honesty; they could have easily charged a dispatch fee just to show up, but they chose to help first. As a woman managing a home, I’ve encountered my share of dishonest contractors, but PHD was different. They provided clear options for my furnace and boiler without any scare tactics or high-pressure sales. I highly recommend PHD for any plumbing or heating needs.

Pretty much a perfect experience you want to have when your water heater breaks in the middle of winter. Called around after finding a bunch of water on the floor from the old water heater and no one can make it out until the next day to review. Call PHD and they have someone close that is over in 10 minutes after the call. Initial review explains the situation well and is upfront with the cost by pulling it up right from their website so I wasn't getting the "well it'll be something like..." scenario. No extra or hidden costs when the final bill came either. They are able to do the full replacement with a new water heater a few hours later and even got there early from the estimated time. So in the span of ~5-6 hours after finding a broken water heater, I received initial review and full replacement with clear upfront costs. Tina on the phone and in-person workers were knowledgeable and personable too which was great. The stars might have aligned a little to let everything fall into place that perfectly but their response and work definitely warrant a fantastic review/recommendation.
