I used Rogerio and Phoenix Building Solutions for a restaurant remodel last year. I could not have been more pleased with the results. The crew worked day and night and the work was impeccable. We were on a strict timeline to reopen as to minimize our loss of sales and Phoenix delivered big time getting us reopen in just 10 days. For a full gut and remodel top to bottom that is unheard of. After a really bad experience with a previous contractor, Roger and his team were a God send. Our project was a gut renovation of a 3500 sf luxury home. Initially we hired Phoenix to do framing, and not only they finished the work in amazing time (putting us back on schedule), but they also fixed many mistakes that the previous contractor had made. After having a great experience during the framing phase, we ended up hiring Phoenix for many of the other trades - insulation, drywall, tiling, flooring (hardwood/LVP and Epoxy), stone countertops and finish custom carpentry. My wife and I can't praise Roger and his team enough. Renovating/building a house is a very tough process, but they made it enjoyable by always answering our questions and requests promptly, always keeping the jobsite clean and treating us with the utmost professionalism and respect. In addition, based on many bids that we received, I can confidently say that they offer competitive rates and deliver top notch quality.
