Phoenix Foundation Company, Inc. is a deep-foundation contractor: its website lists auger cast piles, drilled micropiles, helical piles and anchors, soldier piles and lagging, underpinning and chemical grouting. The site names Cromwell, Worcester, Dedham and Jackson as its service area. A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that everyone they met and worked with from the company was professional, personable and timely on multiple types of drilled foundation projects. A 2023 Google customer recommended Bob and his crew and said this was a company you can talk to about an upcoming project.
Customer Service was absolutely impeccable! I highly recommend visiting for good ice cream and live entertainment. I visited with my 5 yr old rescue dog, we enjoyed the walk and spectacular views. My apologies for him peeing on the world headquarters sign. I can not speak for the food and drink menu since we had to leave early, but the coffee sure smelled great. I sensed a mixture of French-pressed Brazilian coffee in the air with a hint of Scottish bog peat, even the in-house sommelier couldn't explain why. They had some impressive machinery of all sizes. But I was not sure whether they were for a carnival or drilling on the moon. In short, I am fully supportive of this business and their representation of Phoenicians world-wide. - I would remove half a star for traffic. 4.5/5! All jokes aside, every individual I’ve met and worked with from Phoenix Foundations has been professional, personable, timely, and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with on multiple types of drilled foundation projects. Highly recommended for efficiency and quality.
Professional and personal. If you are looking for a company that you can talk to about you upcoming project you have found them !! Highly recommend Bob and his crew !!
