Pike's HVAC is an Alexandria, New Hampshire heating and cooling shop; its website says it installs residential boilers, furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductwork and hydronic/radiant systems. Its New Hampshire HVAC license, number MBE2101362, held by Pikes HVAC, LLC, is active on the state registry. A 2025 customer said Erick tracked down several issues behind an ongoing boiler/heater problem over several visits, including installing upgraded pumps for the radiant heat, and consulted the boiler and pump manufacturers along the way. That 2025 customer said their boiler system has never worked better and called the pricing more than fair. A 2024 customer said Eric Pike installed 3 mini-splits for them, services their furnace, and came right over on a holiday weekend for a small issue. A recent customer who has used Pike's HVAC several times says he fits them into his schedule quickly and shows up when he says he will.
We’ve used Pike’s HVAC several times now and have had nothing but positive experiences every time. He is always professional, responsive, and does great work. He fits us into his schedule quickly when we need help, shows up when he says he will, and his pricing has always been fair. Most importantly, it’s clear he really knows what he’s doing. It’s hard to find reliable contractors you can trust, and Pike’s HVAC has definitely earned our business going forward. Highly recommend!
Erick is the best. He is a thorough professional who cares about fixing the problem completely - and not just a patch job. We have had ongoing issues with our boiler/heater system. This was a complex problem caused by several system issues. Erick tracked down each one and was able to fix them all over the course of several visits - including installing upgraded pumps for the radiant heat that were way way under sized for our system. The problems were so stacked and complex, he had to research the resolution and consult with the boiler and pump manufacturers - BTW, they had to offer several trouble shooting options as our problems were so unique! Regardless, Erick was able to resolve all the issues and as a result, our boiler system has never worked better. His pricing was more than fair and I was able to get a hold of him when I needed to. I felt bad that our system had so many issues, but I am really glad that Erick (and assistant Pete) were there to diagnose and fix every problem. These guys are the best!
Eric Pike is honest, professional and fair. He shows up when he says he will. He installed 3 mini-splits for me and he services my furnace. Had a small issue and he jumped right over on the holiday weekend. He's very dedicated to his business and customers. I recommend him highly!!!
