Really appreciated owner JD and the hard work of all the Pinnacle roofers. Felt good about the integrity and reasonable pricing as well as the quality work. Very grateful for our nice new roof.
JD was great at answering questions and helping me through the process of my insurance roof replacement. He made sure the roof was expertly done and able to protect my home.
Right from the time JD reached out for a no obligation free quote, he was extremely courteous and polite. He shared the status of the roof and shared the pictures and the video footage to educate the status of the roof. He laid out our options and never once we feel pressured by him. Once we embarked on the project, he worked with our insurance company and provided the needed information while also keeping us informed. The project was scheduled timely and was completed with an excellent quality of work. I was glad we went with Pinnacle Home Improvement for their superior service and quality of work and keeping us informed. Many thanks to JD for keeping a honest and open communication with us along every step of the way. Working with him has been stress free and the process has been smooth.
The job was done ahead of schedule and on budget. JD has a keen eye for detail and was great you work with.
