We were impressed at every turn by everyone we dealt with at Pioneer. This was a comprehensive system overhaul - A/C, furnace, heat pump, etc. - and our point-of-contact was unfailingly patient with our endless questions about the pros and cons of different configurations. Very pleased with Pioneer HVAC's installation of a new minisplit in my kitchen. James arrived first to assess the location and need. The installation team arrived promptly on the agreed date and proceeded to do the work in an orderly process. Electrician Ryan Smarr, recommended by Pioneer, completed the electrical work. We needed to completely replace out gas furnace, and water heater. They were vey fast with evaluation, great discussion prior to agreement, and work performed in a concise and clear fashion. They also have an excellent emergency service plan.
