One thing to pin down before you call: the licence field on that profile holds only the word "Mass," not a registration number. Massachusetts requires a home improvement contractor registration for the addition-and-remodel work this company advertises, so ask for the number directly and check it against the state's own records. This is an unproven name rather than a bad one. If you want a small local outfit for a porch, an addition or siding, it is worth a conversation — but ask for references, addresses of finished jobs you can look at, and proof of registration and insurance in writing before any money moves.
