In a February 2024 Google review, a general contractor recommended Mark and his staff for dumpster drop-offs and pickups, saying those logistics were never a concern after sending a jobsite address. Pistone says it has 24 years in business and serves Merrimack Valley communities including Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, Andover, Lowell and Newburyport, along with Plaistow and other named towns. Google shows 5 stars from 13 ratings. The written customer accounts date from 2017 to 2024. A March 2020 reviewer described having a water heater and two toilets removed over two visits, with same-day responses both times. That customer praised the pickup worker’s manner and reported paying $25 per item at the time. In April 2020, another customer sought removal of a small vanity and toilet after a different company missed an appointment. The reviewer said Pistone replied to a text within an hour, requested a photo, supplied a quote and arrived before the stated time. They also described a Sunday visit as an exception because the worker did not normally work Sundays. A June 2019 reviewer who ran a home-remodeling company said they had used Mark for five years and praised punctuality, drivers and pricing.
If you’re a GC tired of pulling your hair out over getting the dumpster picked up from a customer’s house…call Mark. Mark and his staff always do a great job. Dumpster drop offs and picks up, are never a concern when I send him the jobsite address. Highly recommend to anyone in the Essex county area.
I needed a small vanity and toilet removed and had called another company yesterday. They set up an appointment and never showed up. Desperately I texted this company and told them my need and within the hour I received a text back asking for a pic of the items and he provided me a quote right away. He showed up at my complex before the time he said he would be here and his price was reasonable. What made this experience even more fantastic was that he doesn’t work Sundays and came out because we were in need. That showed true professionalism and spoke to the quality of a person he is. We have other projects planned and we will definitely use him in the future...just not on Sundays :)
Had Pistone remove a water heater and 2 toilets from my house. Both times they responded to my request and came the same day. Met the person picking up my toilets today and he was very professional and friendly. Only $25 an item which is great. I called another company and they wanted to charge me double. Highly recommend Pistone!
