PKM Contractors Inc

Demolition and septic-related permits make up much of PKM Contractors Inc.’s project history on BuildZoom. The Dennis business says it serves Cape Cod and the South Shore. BuildZoom shows 170 permitted projects, almost all involving septic installation, repair or upgrades, trench work and demolition in Dennis and the Yarmouth area. There is serious historical reporting about a person the Cape Cod Times identified as the business’s owner. In July 2018, the newspaper reported that McDowell, identified in that article as the owner of PKM Contractors in Dennis, was scheduled for arraignment in Barnstable court on five counts of trafficking of a person for sexual servitude and six counts of sex for a fee. These were reported charges, not a finding of guilt. In an October 2010 article, the Cape Cod Times described two backhoes from PKM Contractors of Dennis tearing down two buildings that Alexander estimated dated to the late 1920s. A Google reviewer writing in August 2022 praised the company’s prices and quick job completion. Google’s overall average is 3.7 out of 5 from six ratings. BBB categorizes PKM as a demolition contractor and lists a business start in 2003. It is not BBB accredited, and BBB gives it a “Not Rated” designation.
