Platinum Exteriors, LLC

Platinum Exteriors is a Braintree roofer that also handles siding and windows, run by owner Mark McNicholas. BBB lists the company as an A+ rated, non-accredited roofing contractor at 115 Birch Street, in business seven years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active under the company's own name. The one written account on file is a 2020 Angi review describing the owner on the job himself, with his rep Frank checking in to make sure the customer was satisfied; extra work to fix something done wrong years earlier was completed at no charge, and the reviewer said they'd recommend the company to everyone. The same review text also shows up on HomeAdvisor, so it's one account rather than two independent ones. BuildZoom shows 20 projects on file and lists a renovation license with the EPA's license board for the company. Directory profiles on Angi and HomeAdvisor list roofing, siding and windows work, with recent projects named in Dorchester, Braintree and on Cape Cod. The Angi profile shows as 'Not Angi Approved.' With only one written review on record, it's worth asking for references on a job like yours before booking — the one customer account on file describes a business that stood behind its work.
