The company says Dan and Joyce Marsters own and run it together from Forestdale, building custom houses in Mashpee and Sandwich, and describes itself as family-owned with about 25 years behind it. The design work is part of the pitch: floor plans and interior selections handled in-house rather than farmed out to someone else. What is unusual is where this builder turns up on paper. Nobody has written about hiring them — their BuildZoom profile carries no customer reviews at all — so what exists instead is a trail through Cape Cod town halls. capenews.net reported in February 2022 that the Sandwich Board of Appeals took up the company's application for a special permit to place fill in a flood zone on Norse Pines Drive, and in December 2022 that it was seeking to modify the Spring Hill West subdivision in Mashpee to add three building lots. Directory licence entries are the directory's claim, not confirmation, so ask the Marsterses for current numbers and check them against the state yourself. If you are building a new house on Cape Cod and want the owners themselves across the details rather than a project manager, they are worth a conversation. Go in knowing there is no written customer history to lean on, and get the licensing and registration current and in writing before work starts.
