PNS Renovation is Patricia's Peabody-based remodeling company, and its written record is built almost entirely on full kitchen and bathroom transformations rather than smaller add-on work. Reviewers describe complete room overhauls — planning through installation — with several naming Patricia herself as the one running the job. The eight reviews on file, from 2023 through 2026, are all five stars. One homeowner had a previous contractor let her down on an upstairs bathroom before calling PNS to replace her mother's 22-year-old first-floor bathroom, and came away calling the result excellent. Another describes a full kitchen remodel that went from meticulous planning to what she calls impeccable craftsmanship, with steady communication throughout. A third client says she came back to Patricia for a year of projects and ended up, in her words, with the home of her dreams. The company's own site says it has specialized in residential and commercial kitchen and bathroom remodels in the Greater Boston area since 2013. One thing worth confirming directly: the state registry now shows PNS Renovation's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration as expired. It isn't reflected in how customers describe the actual work, but it's worth asking about before signing a contract. For a full kitchen or bathroom gut renovation, this is a company whose small but consistent review history points to hands-on project management and a willingness to fix what a previous contractor got wrong.
