As an Interior Designer in her previous career she brings that suburb design sense to all of her kitchen projects at Poggenpohl. Working with her has been a privilege. You could not be in better hands!
For anyone who wonders how Poggenpohl products hold up over time... I have a "vintage" installation. The modern design is still fresh, but the cabinetry hasn't held up well, and the service from the factory was terrible when I needed a part during construction. Also, not long after the kitchen was installed a handle broke in half. The company rudely let me know that they didn't stock it any longer, so I had to search, myself. The best I could do was to find one with a different color insert. I'm sure -- or I hope -- that product, service, and manufacturer have improved, but when I replace my kitchen cabinets, although the designs are beautiful, I won't be installing Poggenpohl.
I worked with Kevin Briggs at Poggenpohl Boston when renovating my kitchen. He came up with a great design that did not require additional electrical or plumbing work and used my existing appliances. He recommended an outstanding contractor and helped with the selection of the granite countertops. We love the new kitchen and had great fun working with Kevin.
