Review I never write reviews, but this experience really made me do it. I have never spoken to such a rude person in my entire life. I was charged over $900 instead of around $500, so I called to let them know what was going on and to get the issue resolved. Instead of helping me, the associate became extremely rude and started talking loudly and yelling at me. I even told her to relax because I was supposed to be the one upset about being charged almost double, not her. They never sent me a receipt or any documentation. I called back the next day to follow up and asked to speak with the manager. The same person came to the phone, continued being rude, sent me the receipt, and said something about being the manager before hanging up on me. The way they spoke to me was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They should learn how to communicate with their customers and treat people with more respect and professionalism. If this company wants to keep its customers, I strongly believe they need to hire better management and train their staff on how to properly speak to and handle customers.

I’ve used this company for years and always appreciated that they would price match cash heating oil and were easy to deal with. That policy appears to have changed at least for some customers. This winter they refused to price match for me, yet did so for a friend just last week. The lack of consistency feels unfair and arbitrary. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when I said I would be taking my business elsewhere. Her attitude and tone were completely unprofessional and left a bad taste after years of being a loyal customer. Based on this experience, I’ll be switching companies and would encourage others to clarify pricing policies before committing.

Scam artists. I ordered 330 gallons the first time from cash heating oil. I have two 330 gallon tanks and they only filled 1/4 of the way. I was busy with work and my wife the second time ordered with them because they were the cheapest on cash heating oil. We ordered 300 gallons and they filled the tank and demanded payment for almost 600 gallons. Their customer service and drivers are rude and the company is unprofessional and unethical. Stay away from them, they advertise 1 cent a gallon less than their competitors but they are scum. Fool me once shame on you, fool my wife… I’ll never order from you again.
