One PosiGen customer described a system producing power within weeks; another said theirs remained inactive for months. The Ludlow solar operation has a 4.5-star Google average from 95 ratings, alongside dated accounts of both completed installations and serious follow-through problems. In July 2024, a homeowner described progressing from an initial meeting on June 20 to a connected, producing system on July 29. They said the installation took a day and a half, with roof inspection, layout planning, and permits handled beforehand. The customer praised Andy Fazzina's availability by phone and in person and said the system had produced more power than they used. In November 2024, another customer said Andy explained the offer without making them feel pressured, followed the project through to completion, and remained reachable for questions and updates. A May 2025 customer credited Brittany Kangas with explaining their options and responding to questions throughout a home solar installation. They described the installation crew as organized and efficient. Their review anticipated energy savings rather than reporting savings already achieved. A November 2025 customer described a very different experience: they said a project signed in May 2024 and installed in March 2025 still was not active. Promised calls and emails had not arrived, and the customer said the company had left the project on hold. They also alleged that hired roofers left part of the contracted roof unfinished, with face nails through asphalt shingles, and that panel installers left debris, including beer cans. According to the reviewer, local fire and building inspectors had contacted them because PosiGen was not responding or closing permits. The customer said they had been told financial restructuring was contributing to the delay.
What I thought would be a great investment has turned into a solar nightmare! After more than a year of back-and-forth, and with my solar system installed for over 9 months, it’s still not active. Whenever I reach out for updates or ask to speak to a supervisor, I’m told someone will call or email me — but those updates never come. Communication is basically non-existent. The roofers hired by this company didn’t even complete the full roof outlined in the scope of work, and I was left with face nails through asphalt shingles all over. The panel installers left a mess in my yard and driveway, including empty Bud Light cans. Completely unprofessional. Over the last 9 months, I’ve been given every excuse under the sun for why my system still isn’t turned on — and now I’m being told there’s a financial restructuring delaying everything even more, on top of the 4 or 5 other reasons I’ve already been fed. For reference: Project signed: May 2024 System installed: March 2025 Today’s date: November 2025 — still not on! Even local inspectors from fire and building departments have called me for updates because the company wasn’t responding to them or closing out permits. That’s how little follow-through there’s been. At this point, all I’m being told is that the project is “on hold until further notice.” I deeply regret trusting this company with such a big investment and hope others think twice before signing anything with them.

The dedication and customer service provided by Brittany and the team at PosiGen were second to none, and we wholeheartedly recommend them!
The Sales Rep Andy Fazzina did not show up to our door unsolicited but instead by referral from a friend and by appointment. He did a great job explaining what PosiGen could do for us and how they differ from other companies. I never felt like I was being sold more than I wanted and he followed our project step by step until the end. Solar panels themselves look very new age and look like they belong on my roof. Andy was easily reachable for all of our questions and updates. I can’t say enough about how easy this project was from top to bottom.
Andy was referred to me by another friend. I had another solar company offer me the free solar on a new roof for $125 a month. And it would not go up. I currently pay $180 a month with Eversource. The bottom line is the monthly bill. Posigen offered me $79 a year with $1 every other year(I recall) Cheapest price out there. But understand I have a very small home!! They both down graded each others products. But I researched both companies and both solar products are good and they always upgrade. Also check the support of future support and what happens after 20 years. I went with the best price and Andrea had a nice smile and pretty blue eye! ( I will update after a few months and let you guys know what I think )
Posigen and especially their representative Andy Fazzina deserves a glowing review. I have always been skeptical of solar companies and the process as a whole. After hearing from several other big-name companies in the area that never made it past the phone call stage, I was impressed with Posigen and invited them for an in-house visit. After meeting with the sales representative, Andy Fazzina, I was impressed with his amount of knowledge and experience in the solar field. They were also the best priced company compared to others. I signed up at the end of the meeting with hopes that they would follow through on what they were selling. From then on out, the process could not have been smoother. Roof inspection, solar layout plan for the best production, then posigen getting all the proper permits went quickly and without issues. Then, the installation team was professional and got the job completed in a day and a half. All in all, it took from 6/20 to 7/29 from the initial meeting to being hooked up and producing. I have consistently produced more power than I have used and can continue to bank the credits for the winter months. Every step of the way, Andy has been available by phone and in person on the big days for any and all questions I had along the way. I could not be happier that I finally made the jump to solar and would recommend Andy Fazzina and his team to anyone who is even wondering if solar could be a good option for their home. So if you are either just considering solar for the first time or have had doubts with anyone you have talked to in the past, Andy Fazzina and Posigen is the team to go to.
