In a February 2026 Google review, a customer who called in the morning with no heat said it was fixed before the end of the day and named Jared. Another February 2026 customer said the team explained what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. In November 2025, a family said John, Jared and the team rescued them from a sudden loss of heat and hot water after another company abandoned them. The most recent review, from August 2026, describes a timely response, neat work and a fair price. The older reviews include a 2023 boiler maintenance visit in which a customer said their Lochinvar boiler was taken apart, the heat exchanger cleaned, the ignitor replaced and an efficiency test run. A 2024 customer said part of an old leaking kitchen drain pipe was replaced, and in 2023 Dave installed a new toilet flange. One February 2023 Google review is a complaint: the customer said the company refused to service a water heater it had installed and would not come out to look at it.

I hired Powderhouse after the previous homeowners' plumber proved unable to resolve our issues. Since then, they've handled about half a dozen jobs for us and always get the work done right. Even when unexpected complications arise, their communication is excellent and the pricing remains fair. It's a relief to have such a solid, honest contractor in town. Highly recommended!
