Thank you to Gladstone Plumbing Co for coming over within an hour of calling them on a Saturday afternoon. Our water heater went down and we didn't have any HOT water! Cold showers are NOT fun. I was impressed how knowledgeable and professional Patrick was. He had on a mask and was very friendly. The other plumbing company we called booked us out 2 days!! I recommend their honest and prompt service.

We had to replace our water heater today, Feb 18, and our home warranty company contracted the job to Gladstone Plumbing Co. Our technician was Dan and he was able to acquire the appropriate heater, evaluate our installation, work with his staff and the home warranty company and get the job done on site in a couple of hours. Not only was he very capable and efficient but also friendly to me and my wife. You always wonder who the home warranty company will select for the work. In this case Water Heaters was a great choice for the job and Dan was a great tech.

Excellent work by Dan and Patrick! Not only did they repair the issues we brought them out for, but they surpassed all my expectations. We just bought our first house, and they went above and beyond by giving me water saving tips. Couldn't be more pleased!

I was very pleased with the work that Dan did, and the price was excellent. We had a leaking pipe that needed to be replaced, and it was in a bit of a tricky location.
