Ask Patrick Coffey which registration and supervisor licence are current today, and check them yourself on the state register before a deposit changes hands. For a custom build or a gut renovation on the Cape, the permit history is the concrete thing to work with: pull a couple of those Yarmouth or Truro addresses and ask to see the finished houses.
