The customer service here is amazing! They were very kind and fixed my leak.

My 8 year old water heater developed a leak around 9:00pm on a Sunday night. Two neighbors recommended Jeff at Precise Plumbing and Heating. I left him a voicemail, he immediately called me back (late on a Sunday night!), had me send him pictures, talked me through what to do for the night, and arrived first thing the next morning to install a new one. Additionally, he improved the layout and access to the levers controlling the water supply. While doing the repairs I asked him questions about other issues and he clearly explained how to resolve them and fixed one on the spot. His pricing was certainly fair. I was impressed with his level of service and expertise. He was beyond helpful, considerate, and an all around great plumber. Will absolutely use him again.

Took care of my MIL/FIL when their boiler failed in the middle of February. Quality work, cares for the customer. Really appreciate what they did.

We had an issue with valves leaking inside our home so we asked REMOVEDto turn off the water from the street so my husband could replace the valves. Unfortunately my husband was unable to install the new valves.
