Precision Built Inc. is a South Natick, MA general contractor and custom home builder, working on new construction, additions, whole-home remodels, kitchens, pool houses and outdoor kitchens. Its Houzz profile shows 17 projects and a 5.0-star average across 15 ratings, with no complaints on record. The written praise, though dated, is specific. In 2017 reviews, clients kept pointing to the same things: work finished on schedule and on budget, and a clean, organized job site with a crew described as professional and courteous. One reviewer called the result "easy, seamless and beautifully finished"; another said the team "makes every job seem easy." Worth knowing before calling: the reviews quoted here date to 2017, so it's worth asking about current project timelines and availability rather than assuming today's pace matches what's described. For a substantial remodel, addition or custom build, Precision Built's Houzz record points to a contractor known for staying on budget and keeping a tidy site — worth a call to confirm current pricing and scheduling.
Kris and his whole team make every job seem easy. His thoughtful insight and problem solving make him one of my go to contractors for projects of any size. In short I love collaborating with his team.

Kris kept a very organized and clean building site and his crew was professional and courteous. I'm a tough customer and I expect a lot. Kris delivered our home to me beautifully. I cannot recommend Kris highly enough.
