Its own site says it was founded in 2007 and covers southern New Hampshire, Concord and parts of northern Massachusetts; the Better Business Bureau, which files it as Precision Pest Control, LLC, has it accredited since 2012 with an A+ grade and records the LLC as started in December 2006 under managing member Steven Vargus. Google shows a 4.8-star average from 45 ratings. Stinging insects are what customers call about most, and the thing they describe over and over is how fast someone turns up. A 2022 reviewer with a bee infestation in the walls said several other companies never picked up, Precision answered immediately and was at the house within the hour, then returned the following week. A 2025 reviewer with yellow jackets getting into the house was told there was no same-day slot, then rang back minutes later and squeezed in; a hornet nest job in 2025 had a technician there an hour and a half after the call. In a 2021 review a homeowner who spotted a missed nest right after the technician left said he came back within ten minutes. The work runs wider than wasps. A 2026 reviewer had a mouse infestation and contaminated insulation removed from a cellar that was then HEPA-vacuumed throughout. A 2025 reviewer described a carpenter ant treatment worked with several different methods, and a 2023 reviewer had three ant colonies found behind siding treated the same day her contractor needed it done. In a 2023 review a travel nurse living in an RV with a newborn wrote that the technician searched, found no evidence of an infestation and did not want to charge her, then came back the next day when she thought she saw another cockroach. The complaints are few but they point one way, at how the service is sold and scheduled. A 2022 reviewer said they paid $400 cash for a one-time visit and months later were told they had signed a multi-appointment contract that also owed for a nest removal they were never told about; another 2022 reviewer said the company offered to follow their move to a new home and then said it could not. A 2025 reviewer wrote that crews turned up unannounced and began spraying Talstar P before his pregnant wife could leave the property, and that his request for a call ahead was never recorded in his file. Before booking, get the scope, the price and the number of visits in writing, and say plainly if you need notice before anyone sprays.
