Yellow-jacket nests inside walls, hornets near the house and mice in the cellar are among the problems customers describe bringing to Precision Pest Service, LLC. The family-owned Londonderry business says it was founded in 2007 and serves southern New Hampshire, Concord and parts of northern Massachusetts. BBB lists the LLC’s start date as December 11, 2006. A May 2026 customer in Derry describes Steve and his son removing a mouse infestation and contaminated insulation from a cellar, then HEPA-vacuuming the whole cellar. The customer also praises Barbara for explaining the work. In an August 2025 review, another homeowner said yellow jackets were getting into the house. After initially hearing that same-day help might be unavailable, the customer received a callback a few minutes later; Steve arrived within an hour, handled the problem and explained what he had done. A July 2025 customer reported an arrival an hour and a half after calling about a large hornet nest. Other accounts describe treatment and follow-up. In June 2025, a customer credited Ryan with using several methods to treat carpenter ants. An October 2023 reviewer living in an RV with a newborn said Ryan inspected after a cockroach sighting and found no evidence of infestation. When the customer thought they saw another insect, he returned the next day and laid bait. The reviewer described further calls and visits, praising his patience and restraint about unnecessary chemicals. There are specific complaints as well. An August 2025 reviewer said pest control was effective but that crews arrived unannounced and began spraying before the reviewer’s pregnant wife could leave the property. The customer said a request for calls before appointments was not followed and the circumstances had not been documented. An October 2022 reviewer disputed both billing and the service agreement. They said they paid $400 cash for what they understood to be one visit, later learned the company considered it a multi-appointment contract, and were told the payment had not been recorded. The reviewer described a request for another $125 and a later bill for the full amount. A separate January 2022 reviewer said the company offered to continue a contract after a move, then said it could not. Google listed 4.8 stars from 45 ratings in August 2026. BBB’s profile names the business Precision Pest Control, LLC at the same Londonderry address and phone, gives it an A+ grade and states accreditation since March 2012.
