In a March 2023 Google review, a customer wrote: "House pipes froze while we were away and we have hydroponic heating." Jason, they wrote, explained what he was doing, fixed it as quickly as possible, and the system "worked far better than it ever had before" — so they had him install a sump pump as well. Precision Plumbing and Heating holds an A+ BBB grade and a 4.2-star Google rating from 21 ratings. In an October 2022 review, a customer with a water heater leaking from the pressure valve wrote that they arrived within 20 minutes of the call and repaired it quickly. In April 2022 a customer wrote that when a leak between the shower and toilet got much worse overnight, he squeezed them in sooner than planned, found a way to fix pipe that had expanded after freezing the previous winter, and added a shutoff switch. A May 2022 customer wrote that they had a second bathroom redone down to the studs with a new tiled shower, vanity, closet and toilet. In November 2022 a customer wrote that Jason installed their new dishwasher on time and charged a fair amount. In a September 2025 one-star review, a customer redoing a kitchen wrote that they booked a small job in late August for September 18, got no answer to a text and a call in the days before, were told the day before that they were still coming, then received a 1:30pm text about vehicle problems and no reply to a 3:30pm follow-up. In an August 2023 one-star review, a customer wrote: "We have been without running water for days" — they had been told someone would come around 3 pm and no one showed or called. In April 2023 a customer wrote that Justin looked at their plumbing issue, said he would call back the next day and never did, and that they went with another company after almost a month.
I did not have the best experience with Precision Plumbing. I contacted them on August 27th for a small job. I was told they would do the job for me and we scheduled for September 18th. On Sunday, the 14th, I had not heard anything about a time so I texted them confirming we were still good to do the job on the upcoming Thursday. After a day, I tried calling and did not receive an answer and was unable to leave a voicemail. At this point I assumed they were no longer interested in the job and I started looking elsewhere. On Wednesday, 3 days after I attempted contact, I was texted and they said they were still coming the next day. Thursday, the day of the job, I sat around the house all day because I never received a time to expect them to show up. Around 1:30pm I received a text that they had vehicle problems and were headed my way. 3:30pm, I texted asking for an update. I never received an answer and was ghosted. Definitely frustrating when you are re-doing a kitchen and have multiple contractors scheduled and work that needs to be done before other work can be completed. We now must find a new plumber and re-schedule the other contractors. I wish I could review their work but unfortunately I was left high and dry without a reason. Frustrating!
They told us two days ago that they would send someone out yesterday ~ 3 pm. We have been without running water for days because we couldn’t get anyone to come out over the weekend. No show, no call yesterday, even this morning from Precision. I called the number back this morning: it went to voicemail. I didn’t leave a message. I may do so once I am less angry. Very unprofessional of them. I wish I could give them less than a one star rating. In the box below on this web page, I am checking “yes” because we tried to use them so I want my issue with them to be seen as valid. I am not sure if checking “no” makes my issue seem less valid.
Great service on short notice
Got myself in a pickle trying to do a self repair. Called Precision Plumbing and Jason came right away. He was very patient and informative and even did some extra work to prevent future hassles. Not only was he professional, but he was personable and willing to explain everything to me as he was working. Will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.
Justin came out to look at our plumbing issue. Was super motivated to help us out and all. Said he'd call back the next day. Gave him a week before I reached out to find out what the deal was. He told me he was on a job and would call back that afternoon. Never called back. Ended up having to go with another company after almost a month of waiting on this guy and tons of wasted time.
