Precision Property Maintenance

In April 2025 a Google reviewer who had collected quotes of $750 to $800 for a dumpster rental wrote that Adam at Precision Property Maintenance came back with a much better price. That dumpster held a garage and basement cleanout, and the reviewer liked that it sits lower to the ground than others they had rented, so nobody with shorter legs had to crawl in. In May 2025 another Google reviewer called the company more budget friendly than any other dumpster service they found and said it showed up within a minute of the promised time. In October 2024 a Google reviewer wrote that the company dropped the dumpster on time and picked it up on time, and in June 2024 a reviewer used the dumpster service for a basement project. In April 2025 a poster on r/burlington wrote that the dumpster was dropped off within hours of renting; they loaded it, and he hauled it away a few days later. In November 2024 a Google reviewer wrote that Adam, recommended by a neighbor, did a leaf cleanup that saved hours of bagging and hauling to the dump. In August 2025 a reviewer said Adam and the team built their front steps and do what they say they will do. Google shows a 5-star average from 6 ratings.
