A recent Premier Heating and Cooling customer described Ishmael coming out the same day and straightening the outer louvers of a wall sleeve so a new air conditioner could move air properly. Another June 2026 customer said Ismael arrived on time to investigate a heating system that kept switching on randomly, explaining the problem clearly as he worked to isolate it. Premier says it installs, repairs and maintains air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and ductless systems for homes and businesses in Worcester and surrounding Central Massachusetts. The company also states that its technicians are NATE-certified. Google reports 4.8 stars from 129 ratings, and BBB gives the business an A+ grade. Customers describe both repairs and replacement equipment. A September 2024 reviewer said an air-conditioning replacement went smoothly, with progress updates, questions answered and cleanup each day. In a December 2023 review, a customer whose furnace had stopped working said Premier installed a new one quickly and praised the price. An August 2025 reviewer described Ismael repairing a condenser and completing annual maintenance on a hydro-air system during the same visit, wearing shoe protectors inside the house. A January 2026 customer said their heat still blew cold after the first visit, but Premier returned, performed additional labor and did not charge again. A November 2025 reviewer described a technician diagnosing an improperly installed furnace, restoring heat with a temporary fix and writing a report with recommendations. Other customers reported problems. In November 2025, one reviewer said they paid $750, the work was left unfinished, and the company subsequently emailed that it could not provide services. The reviewer said a refund request had gone unanswered. An October 2025 customer complained that an air-conditioning fan became louder after a speed change, that a replacement capacitor was mounted beside the motor in a different location from the original, and that the technician left a mess. They also objected to being told the ten-year-old system needed replacement. Pricing and booking have drawn complaints too. A June 2025 customer praised the technician but objected to paying both diagnostic and maintenance fees. A July 2023 reviewer said a rude booking interaction led them to abandon the appointment, while a March 2023 reviewer reported a cancelled quote appointment. In October 2022, a customer said an oil-furnace service appointment was cancelled on the scheduled day because the company said it did not perform oil service.
“Ismael arrived on time and got to work. Also he did not try to sell me anything.”
Ismael was so amazing. Got everything done on the same day and went above and beyond
He did a great job and was a gentleman.
Ishmael called and came out the same day. He was very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to straighten the outer louvers of the wall sleeve so that my new air conditioner could work the air flow properly. You can rely on this company. Wish I could give 10 stars 🌟 🤩
Ismael showed up on time to help diagnose why our heating system keeps turning on randomly. Communication was clear. I could tell he knew his stuff when he was isolating the issue. Very nice guy and super personable. I would 100% work with him again. Very happy so far with my choice to go with Premiere. Thank you.
As always fantastic service with Premier, they do great work and their techs are knowledgeable. Super glad to have their membership as well which helps ensure our HVAC system is in top shape.
