Its written customer accounts run from 2016 through 2021. In a July 2021 Angi review, a customer said a Thursday-morning inquiry led to a new water heater installed by lunchtime Friday. A September 2020 reviewer described the company meeting them at the store, loading the new heater and transporting it to their home before installation. That customer praised the cost and said they later hired the company again for a bathroom fixture leak. Earlier customers also described prompt service. A March 2017 reviewer said the company responded on Sunday and installed a water heater Monday. In June 2017, another customer praised receiving a telephone quote without a fee for an in-person quoting visit. A February 2018 reviewer praised the price, flexibility and cleanup.
