Called on a Wednesday they got me in the next day (I think they had a cancelation I would not expect this) they even found someone to do the septic inspection in that short notice. I got the general inspection water test and septic inspection. The general inspection was back to me that night! Water got back to me the next day (He gave me a estimate of 3 days) still waiting on septic company to give me theirs but its only the day after at the time of this review plus thats not on premier inspections anyway. Anyway I got nothing but good things to say report had pictures of everything so you knew exactly what they were talking about and they found a few features i didnt know about. Would 100% recommend or hire again if needed!

I had the opportunity to have Nick and Cheryl inspect a home we are purchasing. They were marvelous folks. Kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They generated a 67page report (over 28MB) with a ton of pictures. It came with a very easy to understand summary. Oh, and the report came the same day as the inspection! Nick encouraged me to walk with him as he inspected and answered everyone of my questions. Highly recommend these folks for your next home inspection.

My husband and I had the good fortune of being referred to Nick of Premier House Inspection We had 7 calendar days to get a multitude of inspections completed. Nick was amazing from the very first point of contact to the last. First, he has a wide range of services offered including general home inspection, radon air testing , well water testing and septic testing - just to name a few. While, Nick does not directly perform the septic inspection, he partners with other providers and we basically had one call to Nick and within 30 minutes we had all of our inspections scheduled. AND he was able to schedule them within 48 hours of our call - giving us 5 days for results to come in before our P&S deadline. That’s what I call one stop shopping! Better yet, Nick had his report to us within 24 hours and our final well water and Radon results as promised within 72 hours of the test. The firm has everything online so it’s super easy to view your reports, ask questions, etc. What stood out the most was Nick's knowledge and expertise. He walked us through all the critical systems in our soon to be home, using an educational and plain English approach. He advised us on actions we should consider taking and educated us on basic operation and maintenance best practices. He tagged team with another member of his team, who together moved methodically and meticulously through the home capturing photo and thermographic images to support their observations and findings. The final reports, delivered digitally, were extremely well organized, easy to follow and will become our primary source for ongoing care and maintenance. This is our 4th home purchase over 30 years and Nick is by far the best home inspector we’ve experienced. Thanks Nick for your great work!
