Dustin Dodge was the best. As first time home buyers, we stuck to Dustin's side during the home inspection, looking at everything he did, asking questions, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Dustin was detailed and thorough in person and in his report. Dustin was everything we could've dreamed of in a home inspector. He was able to fit us in on short notice, arrived early, and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. If you're getting a home inspection, go with Working Dog!
Dustin was great to work with, very thorough and honest.
Amazing experience with Dustin. He's patient, explains things in a digestable way and is extremely thorough. Highly recommend.
Dustin was prompt, clean, thorough, and friendly, and his suggestions were huge our negotiations with the seller (saved us thousands of $$). For an inspector, I couldn't ask for anything more.
Dustin recently did two inspections for me. Very pleasant and punctual. Walked me through both inspections pointing everything out and explaining things to me. Dustin was very knowledgeable as he helped me understand a few things that I didn't know. I received detailed reports in a very quick timeframe. And felt confident in my new purchase. Not that I'm planning on moving again anytime soon. But if I do I will be using working dog home inspection. Five stars highly recommend!
